Where is Shepherd Hills Estates located?

I have questions about the lots.  Who can I speak with regarding these questions?

Will there be concrete or asphalted roads in the subdivision?

The roads had not yet been poured at the time the pictures were taken of the lots, but Shepherd Hills Estates will feature wide asphalted streets.

Are utilities already installed?

Yes.  The lots are wired for electricity, phones, and sewage.

When will development phases 2 and 3 begin?

Development phase 1 is currently underway.  More information regarding phases 2 and 3 will become available at a later date.
